Focus / Responsibility, maintaining High Hygiene Rooms ready for Operation.Using GMPS, rooms were maintained by written forms and/or verbal communication allowing complete tracking records to be kept.When machines are down working with the Maintenance Dept to disassemble, clean, reassemble then assist with bringing machines back up and running. Many times, I’d be asked to help cover breaks during our 12hr shift and/or be called in to cover a vacation/call in sick for a machine operator.Also, currently I’m serving on the Safety Committee which meets once a month. I organize weekly meetings with Owner to make sure we ae running effectively according to Cookies From Home standard. I have helped improved the operational systems. processes and policies in support of organizations mission-- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning. Since I have been at Cookies From Home, I have been able to lower labor cost to about 25% from 45% and still run effetely. I have also been able to lower our food cost about 20% from a year-to-year basis. With keeping a month to month open and ending inventory instead of yearly inventory.
