While in this role, I worked closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all project requirements are met within the given time frame and budget constraints. Was responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and execution of various industrial projects. Some of the key responsibilities included coordinating with different subcontractors, developing project plans, monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks and developing contingency plans to mitigate them, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Work involved, issuing RFIs, Submittals, processing change order requests, certified payroll documentation, communicating with different trades to coordinate project scheduling, as well as hosting weekly meetings both in office and at jobsites.

- Work with clients on hardscape, landscape, and pools to draw and design models using Pool Studios (derivative of Structure Studios) and Revit for construction transforming 2D blueprints to 3D structures. -
