I am currently employed as a merchandise supervisor at Cedar Fair's Kings Island and have been since 2018. While at the park during our operating hours I am developing associates, interacting with guests, and ensuring that my store is in the best possible shape for not only our guests but for my associates. While at the park I have had the privilege to manage multiple different locations that have their own challenges such as our photo department, Loss Prevention, and our largest store across the entire park. Having the opportunity to work in each of these locations and more have allowed me to enhance my flexibility and communication skills. When I am not working I make time to spend with my French Bulldog, Beatrice. Getting to spend time with her involves watching our favorite tv show (The Golden Girls), throwing a tennis ball around, and even a power nap on the couch. Outside of my time with Be a I enjoy using the creative part of my brain to engage in crafts and paintings. I make everything from vinyl t-shirts to line art paintings of my favorite Disney and Marvel characters. I have a passion for my work and I strongly believe in the idea that if you are doing what you love, you will never work a day in your life. I appreciate the time I am at work and I am grateful for my time away, but I am always striving to be a better person than I was the day before.
