Several years ago, I went through the toughest time of my life. I lost my mother. She was my person, my best friend, and my mentor. After her passing, my days were filled with feelings of confusion and disbelief and the absence of direction. After watching me grapple with these feelings and struggle to channel them into something positive, a friend suggested I hire a coach – an idea I was resistant to at first. I didn’t believe it would be helpful, but over the span of a few months, we went through an eye-opening process that altered the direction of my life for the better. Thanks to that coach, I uncovered some life-changing truths:💡 I can help myself.💡 Grief can turn into resilience.💡 Change takes courage.💡 I am significantly stronger and more capable than I once believed. After my own transformation, I wanted to help others the same way I had been helped. I realized there are countless individuals who need assistance with getting out of their own way.So, I went through a rigorous process to get my coaching certifications, and I haven’t once regretted that decision. The fulfillment, joy, and happiness I garner from helping others have made it evident that coaching is what I’m meant to do. My greatest passion lies in helping others truly see their worth, value themselves, and love who they are. Years ago, a coach helped me learn to love who I am. My ultimate goal now is to help everyone become the best version of themselves.
