Several years ago, I went through the toughest time of my life. I lost my mother. She was my person, my best friend, and my mentor. After her passing, my days were filled with feelings of confusion and disbelief and the absence of direction. After watching me grapple with these feelings and struggle to channel them into something positive, a friend suggested I hire a coach – an idea I was resistant to at first. The fulfillment, joy, and happiness I garner from helping others have made it evident that coaching is what I’m meant to do. My greatest passion lies in helping others truly see their worth, value themselves, and love who they are. Years ago, a coach helped me learn to love who I am.
