As Associate General Counsel at Secureworks (Nasdaq: SCWX), a global cybersecurity company, I lead public company securities filing efforts, ensuring compliance with SEC and Nasdaq rules. I also serve as Assistant Board Secretary to the SecureWorks Corp. Board of Directors and prepare resolutions, minutes, meeting materials for, and communicate with, the Board. With a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law, and a BBA in Finance, I have a strong experience in corporate and securities law, international trade law, global corporate governance, M&A transactions, executive compensation, patent management, and technology contract negotiations. Leveraging these skills, I am the primary legal partner for the Company's accounting, finance, tax, investor relations, and executive compensation functions.
