• Assist the Lead Architect in determining the requirements of the projects; prepare as-built drawings; ascertain client requirements and provide schematic concepts and layouts;• Perform sketches, conceptual designs, and drawings with the supervision of the Lead Architect;• Prepare schematic and design decks, architectural/interior design plans and details, FF&E with diagrams, scope of works, specifications, rendered perspectives, design development documents, contract documents, etc. as required by different projects;• Perform sourcing, request quotations from different suppliers, prepare budget summary, and perform procurement as needed;• Assist during meetings, prepare minutes and reports;• Coordinate with clients and different consultants, suppliers, contractors, subcontractors, building admin, and subdivision admin.
