"I grew up imagining myself as a friend, or enemy, to many different characters portrayed in Television and Film. And for the first time in my life, I am free to say I live out those innocent imaginations everyday as an Actor." As a kid in Cincinnati, Ohio my natural ability to create became apparent. I joined every church group I could that allowed me to sing, dance or act. There were times, when I created entire characters from the many personalities I was able to imagine. My dream led me to lead many local plays, join tons of talent competitions, but being a talented kid, who's far from Hollywood, seemed impossible. In college, I opted for a more "prestigious" degree, Broadcast Journalism, to appease my loved ones. But no one told me the truth, that it would be hard to land a job anchoring and that you could actually survive as an actor, so I lead a freelancer lifestyle, traveling America. I helped over 300 Event Marketing companies put on some really cool activations for thousands of brands, but there was still something missing. Later as an adult, I sought out acting to release stress and have fun, so I joined a national theatre company to put on local murder mystery shows. Still, I knew that I wanted to go bigger, do more, and be better. After much thought, I dropped much of my old life and began to live and breathe acting. Except for some side work, I used all of my time to becoming a great actor, as I imagined when I was a kid. Along the journey, I worked with some of the coolest and most talented actors in the Southeast. After many years of training and preparing for series regular and supporting roles, auditioning, winning and losing roles, I realized it was time for me to finally give Hollywood, CA everything that I have as an actor. Today, I live in L.A., and I am on a mission to give back to the city and the world my acting talents. To book me, connect with me here on LinkedIn or at micahbrown360@yahoo.com
