Assist a team of onecall mapping analysts who receive incoming excavation requests on 52,000 miles of oil and gas assets across 27 states. Excavation requests are received daily from 28 one call centers nationwide. Analysts verify work description, proximity to assets and work duration. If assets are affected, work request are dispatched out to Line Locators and/ or pipeline technicians who promote safety and damage prevention within the company and neighboring asset ROWs by marking assets and working closely with excavators/ contractors till work is completed.

Responsible for conducting, coordinating, making final determinations and recommendations associated to the State and Federal mandated Class Location and Change In Class studies for all of Enterprise Products' Natural Gas Pipelines•DOT Class Location (Class) and High Consequence Area (HCA) determinations as required by State and Federal regulations associated with both Transmission and Gathering Natural Gas Pipelines•Aerial imagery (photography) based structure (building and outdoor assembly area) identifications and subsequent phone interviews•Supervising and/or conducting on-the-ground pipeline centerline and structure validation surveys with subsequent in-person interviews•Developed, maintained, coordinated and analyzed GIS data related to Pipeline Open Data Standard (PODS) based database, shape, layer, keyhole mark-up language, and custom map files•Conducted Change In Class Location (MAOP- Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure) studies and made final action item determinations for Natural Gas Pipelines•Developed, assembled, and maintained a fully electronic, records management filing system•Coordinated data between, evaluated requests from and provided technical support to all internal departments and external vendors with a heavy emphasis on Operational Area support•State and federal regulatory audits and inspections•Coordinated efforts between various departments regarding matters such as: due diligence for the Commercial department on new acquisitions, technical guidance for Project Engineering on new construction, data validation for Pipeline Integrity on information analysis (etc), data coordinating for Records-Data-GIS department to update the central asset database, and final Class, HCA and MAOP determinations for Operations•Provided and maintained perpetual, weekly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual Pipeline Compliance related tasks, goals, costs, scheduling and tracking updates.
