Silver Line Windows is part of the Andersen Corporation Enterprise and specializes in its vinyl products.- Responsible for talent sourcing and acquisition via Job Fairs, Taleo, LinkedIn, etc.- Interviewing candidates for available jobs within the Company- Collaborate with various company departments to efficiently understand business needs in staffing- Actively leading and coordinating with company leaders on the new Silver Line college internship for Summer 2014- Serving as the point of contact in all areas of the internship program, such as to students, schools, department members, and Andersen Corporation

- Assist recruiters with talent sourcing and staffing needs for client insurance companies- Scan and review confidential data for qualified candidates- Act as a liaison between recruiters and candidates to ensure successful communication- Input confidential data into company database- Provide quality customer/client service to new and existing candidates

- Facilitate food preparation in the back of the kitchen as well as the front of the restaurant alongside the chefs- Accommodate to customers’ needs and requests while attending to other duties within the establishment
