• Lead the strategic development and tactical execution of the 3 to 5 year innovation pipeline for the brand: identify new category opportunities by analyzing syndicated data and conducting market research studies to derive consumer insight• Manage and lead 6+ person cross-functional teams to execute new product launches, inclusive of P&L management, packaging and graphic design, pricing, positioning, and label compliance• Partner with external firms and Consumer Insights team to develop and implement market research studies to guide base business management, innovation, and channel differentiation strategies• Own and balance the budget; develop forecast for new products to feed the business planning process

My responsibilities included developing the brand’s innovation strategy and leading the tactical execution of new product development from conception through retail launch.

I developed a cross-functional business plan for a new-category innovation product; designed and implemented turnkey business tracking tools to aid in forecasting and regular market performance; and produced and presented a pricing recommendation to senior management to optimize revenue.
