The SITEC is a technical role where we integrate P&C Insurance Software Applications into client systems. We look into and analyze a client’s environment to integrate our software. The base “out of the box” application is customized and integrated for many large clients applications and systems. We take a large picture view as to how to successfully and seamlessly implement/integrate the software while tailoring the software to meet client’s needs. We interact and interface with the clients through meetings, e-mail, presentations, and technical documentation.

Flex, Coldfusion, .NET application development. SQL, LDAP, CFML, MXML, ActionScript, Jenkins, TDD, SVN, IIS, Apache, PHP. Web and server application development.Manages and develops application infrastructure, including web, database and application servers. Manages application development processes, including task and project management, source code control, testing regimes, and integration management. Develops application code and modules, including components, services, interfaces, and data models using current development practices and technologies, including Flex, .NET, Java, and Coldfusion.

Developed and maintained the agency's overall web presence including data management and reporting, security infrastructure, site design, and data analysis tools. Developed and maintained upgrades and enhancements to agency business processes, technology resources, and software development tools. Acted as agency chief Web developer. Application development in Coldfusion, Flex, .NET, PHP, and other technologies as required.

I have worked for the Real Estate School of South Carolina as part of a two person web development team to create a world-class web site for the school.

Duties included sales, management and support of all Canadian and other North American customers. Traveled and met with customers across the US and Canada, conducted sales interviews, investigated customer problems, provided technical support, application specific calculations, risk; and gave technical sales presentations, product training and demonstrations.

Project manager and team coordinator for the construction of high-voltage substations. Coordinated and implemented the standards for substation design and engineering with regard to engineering practice, electrical calculations, local building codes, state law, and federal standards.
