Started in 1970, the Choral Society strives toperform a wide variety of classical and modern choral works for their community.PROJECTS INCLUDED:› Implementing an online system for ticket sales to the society’s website.› Designing posters for upcoming events to be featured on campus.› Drafting employment agreements to hire musicians and soloists.› Arranging all travel, lodging, and stipend arrangements during performances.› Communicating with EMI Group to obtain performing rights for the society’s African Sanctus performance of May 2010.› Organizing fundraising and sponsorship events with various clubs on campus to raise awareness of the society’s Spring performance.
