As CEO of Grabba Technologies, founder of Grabba ID and founder of Secured Identity DMCC, Micah led the global organisation support leading organisations with best-in-class cybersecurity technology to achieve their strategic security and customer engagement goals. Grabba Technologies is the third organisation in three different sectors, which Micah has grown through their successful global expansion.In 2017 Micah commenced managing the regional growth of the newly acquired Grabba (a then small Australian technology export with less than $1M revenue), focusing on a first-to-market biometric Identity program for the UAE, culminating in a 93% CAGR before the pandemic. As the scale of demand required new operational standards, Micah took on the Chief Operating Officers role before his appointment to Chief Executive in 2019, where he led the organisation from Dubai, U.A.E.

For over 30 years, Price Attack became the national leader in hair care and health services across Australia. Micah managed over $20M in inventory assets and 65 complex vendors from FMCG, Electronics, chemicals, and accessories. During his tenure, Micah accomplished the digital transformation of three entities to an exponentially improved eCommerce strategy. Leaving to head up Grabba Technologies, Micah delivered a 46% improvement in EBIT through a complete supply harmonisation project and redesigned the group's multi-channel retailing.

Cannon Hill, Queensland, Au

As a divisional CEO and Group Executive, Micah transformed the group’s fashion jewellery concession into over 30 fast fashion stores under the strategy and brand EMMA & ROE. Micah leveraged his proven sales system to manage the shared services and company-owned stores to grow a 500 team member multi-functional operations team with 35% YOY growth in his final year. Micah also had responsibility as a strategic advisor to the North American region as a Group executive. Leaving to take up his MBA in 2016, Micah developed a five-year strategic growth plan resulting in the brand’s public reporting and exponential investment into the division.

As General Manager International, based in Singapore, Micah built the global support structure to facilitate growth across Asia and the Middle East, managing corporately owned retail operations in China. Micah set up and managed a support team, including marketing, finance, technology and operations, before diva merged with its successor concept Lovisa, which was listed on the Australian Securities Exchange in 2014, now selling at a premium share price 842% above its initial public offering of $2 per share.

Expanded local U.A.E partner and redeveloped the Middle East region with operational support extended to Asia and Europe regions.• Expanded into 5 new countries exponentially increasing capacity for shop numbers by way of brand-aligned local partners. Expanded partner territories were Bahrain, Qatar, Egypt, Lebanon, Oman• Grew sales from $11M to $45M across 11 markets, through partner accountability to development schedules, coaching and training operational compliance, and a focus on highest quality of operations

Commencing as a Gloria Jean’s Coffees store manager, progressed to operations and training management roles including managing the launch of international master franchised territories; A diverse role focused on International brand expansion during the companies rapid growth phase. • Managed brand market launch into Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Spain, Cyprus, Jordan, Mexico, Ukraine, and Germany, delivering a consistent brand and operational launch in each market.• Developed a new market launch system and tools that influenced the creation of a global operations manual, supporting the evolution of the businesses from the master franchisee to global franchisor.
