I am a non-profit leader with more than 20 years in non-profit administration, with extensive experience in fundraising, volunteer engagement, Board leadership, strategic planning, social media management, as well as programming and financial management roles. I have served as a direct link between the organization, its mission and programs, and the funders and the public. I have a proven record of success in fundraising activities, gift requests while managing to identify, cultivate and fulfill donor relationships for the organization. I am a collaborative leader who can build coalitions among diverse groups. I enjoy creative problem-solving, focusing on both results and creating long-term relationships. I have been very fortunate to work in an environment where fund-raising, program delivery, finance, and our members/volunteers work together to provide quality speech therapy services to children of all abilities.I am also firmly committed to being engaged and active in my community, to make Omaha a better place to live, work, and play. Over the past 20 years, I have served on Boards and committees, and volunteered with numerous non-profit organizations: the Omaha Home for Boys, the Munroe-Meyer Institute, Prospect Hill Cemetery and Arboretum, the Neighborhood Center of Greater Omaha, Young Professionals Council, Leadership Omaha, and the Northwest Rotary Club of Omaha.
