Hello,I have a passion for successfully accomplishing Tech related projects.October of 2023, I completed an intensive Cybersecurity bootcamp through Springboard, where I gained a comprehensive understanding of the ever-evolving cybersecurity landscape, including but not limited to, threat detection, incident response, and risk mitigation strategies. I am currently studying for the CompTIA Security+ & am eager to apply my theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios and gain hands-on experience in a professional setting.I believe that the opportunity to shadow or intern as a Junior Cyber security analyst would provide me with invaluable insights into the practical aspects of cybersecurity operations. I am eager to learn from experienced professionals, observe their day-to-day responsibilities, and contribute my skills to a team's efforts.One of my favorite Cyber security projects I’ve worked on includes participating in an Artificial Intelligence-focused-based Hackathon, where the team I was part of successfully created a mockup app that promoted collaboration & support amongst remote workers using AI-enhanced features. I was responsible for providing qualitative/ quantitative data with statistics on its wellness benefits & financial potential. I have also provided an informational framework on how to correctly conduct a risk assessment for small-large scale companies. My personal career goals within Cyber security are to first get my foot in the door via an Internship, job shadowing opportunity, or an entry-level job. Once I have some real hands-on experience, I’d like to become a Soc Analyst (Security Operations Center Analyst) and be part of an incident response team.
