As Technology undertook aggressive productivity efforts to drive savings and optimize operations, I served as the Process and Performance Excellence Director partnering with business teams, executive leadership and external suppliers to design and execute programs to improve Labor, Vendor and Cloud services utilization. I provided business relationship management, performance improvement and change management services with a laser focus on building and nurturing productive working partnerships across all stakeholders and capturing expected value from the many transformation efforts in flight. Key achievements include:★ Delivered $30M in savings directing two global, multi-year labor transformation programs. As Nike implemented IT Service Management (ITSM) for the enterprise, I drove organizational change and adoption of the "technology as a service" framework, culture, processes and tools—shifting Technology employees to a new mental model of technology delivery for the enterprise and preparing them to use the ServiceNow platform and processes. As Nike drove Global Supply Chain and Operations process and technology improvements in inventory management and cross-geography business intelligence, I executed comprehensive change management services, including stakeholder assessments, future state definition, gaps identification, transition and communications strategies, learning and development programs, and adoption/stabilization management.
