Senior Manager Internal Communications
Current- Leads the creation and execution of integrated internal strategic communications plans for assigned business units, individual hospitals, and/or significant projects or programs.- Leads ongoing development of strategic communications plans to meet business objectives; strategy plans to include timing, messaging, tactics/channels and approvals.- Executes communications plans using internal resources and manages the creation of original content for internal communication channels.- Serves as the primary liaison between executive leaders/project managers and the Marketing, Communications & Community Health Department.- Responsible for developing comprehensive strategic communications plans, including managing execution and measuring results. Directs communications initiatives including, but not limited to, intranet, employee meetings, video, and print production for internal audiences.- Creates, edits and distributes materials such as newsletters, talking points, toolkits, intranet content and other related materials to target audiences.- Develops and fosters key relationships with key stakeholders/related partners in business areas and across the system to assure coordination of messaging, tactics and distribution across various audiences and entities.
