• Leads creative development in support of the organization and AAA brand including design, art direction, copywriting, and production for all marketing and communication channels.• Creates content for multi-channel campaigns that reach multiple, specific target audiences throughout a customer’s lifecycle, through audience first acquisition and triggered retention strategies.• Provides strategic, creative, and tactical marketing communication support for company business lines in order to stimulate demand, improve conversion and increase member utilization of AAA services.• Oversees the development, management, and measurement of the AAA Minneapolis website, digital marketing channels and additional marketing communications including design, content strategy, performance measurement and optimization.• Ensures that advertising, communications, displays, and signage comply with local brand guidelines and National AAA brand standards while serving as a brand advocate for partner communications.• Manages external marketing partners and vendors, including photographers, printers, freelancers, web, and digital contractors. • Oversees creative direction and design of quarterly member publication LIVE|PLAY|AAA.• Supports media planning, buying, and delivery of ad materials for print, TV, radio, digital and other media.
