With more than a decade of experience leading established and challenger brands in the CPG industry, I am a passionate and strategic marketer who helps clients understand and define their consumer, refine positioning, and build brands. I have worked with renowned companies such as Heinz, Nestlé, Blue Diamond Growers, and Sonoma Creamery, delivering new product innovation, expanding market share, developing integrated marketing plans, and creating strategic growth.In addition to my consulting work, I am also a multi-unit franchise owner of the MilkShake Factory, a premium and delicious dessert brand that I am bringing to the Utah Valley.     Envisioned, created, and executed a 25-state, nearly-11k-mile travel plan across the United States of America with my closest team members (wife and six children, ranging in ages from 14 to 1 years old). Analyzed travel logistics and supply chain needs of the family, including engaging experiential moments, meal & lodging planning, impactful experiences, and the procurement of a 12-passenger van. The vehicle was optimized to ensure base-level emotional "coolness" and functionality that included black rims, new dual DIN stereo system, remote start and door lock/unlock, and an overhead DVD and HDMI-enabled 13" monitor for maximum passenger (and female driver) satisfaction. The project was launched in Northern California and crossed the southern part of the US, circled around Florida, up the East Coast, and then the western path was enhanced to include visiting more extended family across the middle/upper portions of the country. Besides visiting 25 states, team members developed memories and elevated experiences across 78 days, 10,957 miles, 23 AirBnbs & hotels, 9 National Parks (White Sands being the kids' most memorable NP), 6 families hosting us (amazing friends & family), and the silver passenger van dubbed "Maverick." Additionally, team members observed that legal billboards are nearly identical in every state experienced and thus identified a huge opportunity for law practices to elevate their brand positioning by being more differentiated in their MARCOMM. :)
