Successfully piloted the early vision, development, market research, business planning, and launch phases of ServiceReef.com in 2013. Since then, business has grown by 85-90% annually and continues to accelerate. Was responsible for several teams on a Ruby on Rails application in a highly scalable 24/7 AWS environment. In this role, I led both software engineering and infrastructure teams supporting ~800 instances across multiple regions, processing over a petabyte of data each day with tight SLAs, and scaling up to thousands of pods (EKS/k8s based environment). Improved the ability of our system to handle the growing customer demands and facilitated an incident management process to drive quality across the organization. In addition to delivering key features and new integrations on time, my team saved the company over $2M annually on our AWS costs in the first 14 months.

Prioritized development and feature goals across major lines of business, including the final determination in the roadmap of development priorities.
