Hello! My name is Micah! I am passionate about life, I love to smile, I’m always optimistic, and I’m ready to take a risk! I am first a foremost a follower of Jesus! He has changed my life and now I unashamedly live for Him. I am family man. I married my wife during Bible college, and we jumped into an awesome journey of faith and risk together. My wife Sigrid and I have five children! Although difficult, tiring, and wild, we love the challenge and blessing of parenthood. I am passionate about health and fitness. We aren't perfect, but are on a mission to eat right, stay active, and utilize NeoLife supplements for our nutrition foundation. You'll find us surfing, skating, working out, or doing fun things together with family and friends. I am a pastor. God has called me to shepherd people. This is how I have diligently invested my life over the last twenty years. My heart and passion is to see people experience life in Christ, to encourage Christians to become mature disciples, and to release ministers into the harvest. I love seeing every generation in the church flourish and come to full maturity in Christ. I believe that each generation has God-given gifts, skills, and a voice that are necessary for the church to be full of life and maturity. I am a videographer. Ever since I was a kid, I've had a camera in my hand. I absolutely love to tell stories through photos and video. I recently launched a media business. SoRad Studios. With the goal of capturing stories, helping businesses create content, and making things people enjoy, Where I've been. In my previous role as pastor of Plaza Bible Church in Orange County California. I was leading the church through a season of renewal and organizational change. My heart was to be a Great Commission church. Plaza had a rich 65 year spiritual legacy of serving families, making disciples, and sending missionaries. My goal was that we would have a deep sense of mission and urgency to fulfill the Great Commission to make disciples.From 2003-2014, during the fifteen years of my youth pastoring journey, I had the privilege to lead within two churches. Being a youth pastor changed my life. It gave me a deep appreciation for ministering to families. I am grateful for all the students that I have met. My family and I are better people toady because of the relationships we have gained through the years. I began youth ministry as a step of faith, and a desire to grow in leadership. I didn't realize that it would be one of the most significant endeavors of my young adulthood.Thanks for reading!
