We have done this by ensuring we deliver benefit to our customers each and every time they use Chargent.My role here has 2 primary functions. One is enabling our sales team to be great at their jobs. Coaching and inspiring them to educate our customers with every interaction. We love to compete with each other, steel sharpens steel, we also love being in competitive deals.The second is leading our product team. Since 2005 I have been learning the Salesforce platform, full time. Ride Lake Tahoe ran bus trips on the weekend for young professionals from the San Francisco Bay Area to Lake Tahoe ski resorts. I was lucky enough to get paid to snowboard every weekend! Easily one of the funnest jobs available.The company has sense been acquired by SnowBomb and apparently the domain is now a ride share forum.

Managed the daily activity for the company's 110 seat call center. Led both the technical support and customer services teams to achieve the best service levels reached in the company's history. Created and led the training team including 5 full time trainers.
