Over the past year, we’ve supported various high-impact research projects. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant (TA), I assumed a leadership role for five challenging courses in the Master of Science in Business Analytics program: Survey of Business Analytics, Fundamentals of Data Analytics, Market Intelligence, Modern Artificial Intelligence, and Unstructured & Distributed Data Modeling & Analysis. I exhibited strong problem-solving and communication skills, helping students to grasp and master complex course materials. I played a key role in course development by collaborating with instructors to align content with industry best practices. My performance and technical expertise were recognized when I was appointed as a TA for the Market Intelligence course, despite never having taken it before. I am proud to have contributed to developing the next generation of business analytics professionals at the Leeds School of Business. We leveraged AI techniques, market research methodologies, and big data analysis to develop innovative solutions for real-world business challenges. I facilitated project plans, timelines, and deliverables, fostering seamless communication and collaboration among team members. My performance in this role impressed professors, bringing about a shift in their recommendation from pursuing a PhD to leading a team in a company. As one of the founders of StudentsCare, a student-led charity focused on delivering aid to individuals and communities affected by the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, I oversaw all aspects of the organization, including fundraising, volunteer recruitment, and aid distribution. Within two months of its inception, StudentsCare delivered aid to over 100,000 people, demonstrating the organization's ability to mobilize and positively impact those in need quickly. In addition, I displayed strong leadership and organizational skills by guiding 25 student hubs worldwide, driving their efforts toward a common goal. Provided exemplary customer service in a fast-paced, hectic environment during a global pandemic, doing so developed in me conflict and issue resolution. I helped manage an exquisitely functioning team and supported collaborative teamwork among employees under my supervision.

I conducted research and developed content for a book, which challenges the Christian community to be the front runners in preserving the environment, rather than being simply apathetic or opposed. The book uses the Christian Bible as its main topic for discourse. Along with two other people, I will be listed as one of the three collaborators when the book is published in the Summer of 2023. Upon my research of biblical texts, academic articles, and books, I, also, contributed to topic ideas.
