I specialize in large project sales, development and management. I control procurement of materials, design and fabrication management. I am lead installation manager for large projects and electrical installations and repairs. I have experience in external wiring, UL codes, neon and LED components. I am proficient in architectural plans, engineering and building code requirements, and OSHA safety requirements.

Formz is a product line of Fusion Imaging specializing in Custom Trade Show Display systems that combine High Impact Visual Graphics with Lightweight Portable Structures. As Formz Manager for Fusion Imaging my responsibilities included Production Management, Inventory, and updating department capabilities in order to increase overall profitability. I successfully introduced production schedules and time management techniques, as well as new innovations to the Formz product line.

During an economic change, I offered my experience to Epic Sign Group as an Independent Contractor. My services included the introduction of a Production Manager position to the company. This position included the set-up and management of production related items as well as outsourced vendor management and installation. I introduced scheduling and task management programs, and provided form layouts a document control for organization benefits.

As a Project Manager for Fluoresco Lighting & Signs, my duties included the management of projects relative to the Sports, Government, and Environmental Graphic areas of the Sign & Theming industry. Within each of these projects, I am directly responsible for the coordination, provisions, and completion of the project. This included but not limited to: bid preparation, estimating, contract review, budget analysis, P&L, trade & vendor management, purchasing, timelines & scheduling, and close out documentation. I developed resources & methods that provided increased communication, customer service, and overal completion.

Upon starting my own company, I learned two things; Management and Ownership are completely separate from one another. I have learned the benefits of a strong bottom line, and the processes required to maintain it. I provided a unique style to my clientele through the Design and Fabrication of Aluminum, Mild Steel, Fiberglass, and Electrical Signage. I managed a production team of four, with me being the main sales contact. I developed a sales strategy through marketing and design for both, Desert Dog Signs & it’s clientele. I streamlined my production and strived to be aware of my customer’s needs and provisions. I pride myself in customer approach, support & retention.
