Taasyeda educational foundation was established by the industrial association – exposes the realm of the industry along with its various branches to training of over 200,000 students and teens, hundreds of teachers by professionally training them, together with hundreds of school masters and industry CEOs. The foundation employs 150 persons, working throughout Israel.• Managing the foundation’s system, responsible for planning, setting goals and meeting them, while staying in the boundaries of a multi-year budget.• Managing relations with leading industry CEOs, in the private and public sectors, city mayors while showcasing the foundation to potential contributors and partners. Negotiating, issuing and managing public bids, contracting and creating plans for approval by supporting parties (office of TAMAT, ministry of education, ministry of science and environmental authority etc.)• On-going financial management – total responsibility of salaries, income, projecting future cash flow, procurement, budgeting and following up on execution and delivery within the boundaries of set budget, generating frequent financial reports for the board of directors. • Business development – building long term plans for developing the operation of the foundation, recruiting additional revenue sources.• Procurement and logistics – managing procurement in front of tens of suppliers. • Managing the foundation’s training center – running a center of coordinators with local municipalities, schools and instructors.• Technology – designing and implementing a one of a kind ERP system, .NET based, developing websites and making use of social for advertising and marketing. Managing projects and recruiting employees.• The state of Israel official representative for the EU for the ministry of education in the fields of entrepreneurship and technology education.
