Transmission Analyst
Current• Assisting PM by attending various on-site meetings in which teams involved discuss the project, maintaining meeting minutes including actions items and due dates.• Collaborate with PM by leading update calls, recording current project data and reporting it to him when he was unavailable.• Update and maintain project schedules using resource progress including direct written and oral communication with resources for updates.• Create and manage project schedules, through written and oral communication with resource and project manager, to ensure timelines and budgetary allocations are met.• Track project’s long lead materials using Maximo, TEAMS, excel spreadsheets, and update PM regularly to aid in coordinating and managing project material needs.• Experience managing and following project and multi-project budgets by ensuring that schedules match the budget allocations concerning different years and departments involved, including deferred projects.
