As an alumna of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a degree in business administration, with a Management and Leadership concentration, and a minor in Non-profit Management; I am a dedicated team leader that has collected an array of management and organizational skills through my educational and work experiences. I am truly passionate about using my abilities and talents to support organizations and projects that I care about. As a Director of the Carley Family Foundation (through which we have been able to support many amazing and well-deserving organizations), honored to have been the Executive Director of “DubThon” (a charitable dance marathon event benefiting children’s hospitals through Duke hospital) with other members of my fraternity, Pi Sigma Epsilon, Delta Tau, and, most proudly, as part of Give Kids The World (an unbelievable non-profit that provides vacations to children and families with life-threatening illnesses). In addition to being passionate about non-profits, majority of my life has been involving baseball in some way. With three brothers who all played, the field was a second home. To this day, baseball is an escape and passion of mine. On the personal side, my love of family the most important thing in life and have been blessed to have a built-in, and overwhelming, support element in my own house. I love to be adventurous and believe we should all try things that sometimes make us uncomfortable. Those uncomfortable moments are often the moments where you learn more about yourself.
