Accomplishments:• Implemented a custom Lead Management System to assign and qualify incoming leads from phone, email and web touchpoints to sales managers and business development team • Managed Business Development team of two responsible for qualifying leads and setting appointments for distributors and sales reps• Responsible for development and maintenance of 6,000 square foot showroom containing over 100 demo products and state-of-the-art audio visual system• Helped design and launch 53 foot mobile showroom, including the installation and maintenance of audio visual system, layout of the equipment displays inside, and design of exterior graphics• Transitioned marketing department from single man operation, reliant exclusively on agency, to an in house team that included a graphic designer, copywriter and marketing coordinator – saved over $1million in agency fees and produced more focused sales and marketing content which contributed to company growth
