I have been doing different tasks at Datalinknord. My primary task was to create structure and document the work processes at Datalinknord. One of the first tasks was to implement a Helpdesk to structure the handling of costumers. I have also been using my technical experience in offering costumers Office365 solutions, helping with maintaining the datacenter. I have been a part of the team developing an app for different crafts like electricians, carpenters and other service companies to register time used, materials used, plan their working day and with integration to an ERP system. I was also a member of the support team handling the customers.
