The objective is always get the best SAP usage following company or country guidelines supporting Assessment for new functionalities or processess, planning and delivering end user or key user training, developing or improving process KPIs, pushing data cleansing and data quality strategies to get the best and most accurate information in the company reports, supporting monthly period end closing with focus in the financial figures results and the most common day-to-day issues regarding this process, among other activities or requirements involved within SAP environment.

Miguel is responsible to lead Assessment Phase for AESA, YPF Argentina subsidiary company. AESA is Engineering and Construction company and the objective is move to ETO - Engineering to Order scenario implementing PS&PP Modules.My current responsibilitie is gather information about AS-IS processes related with Projects, Finance and Controlling and develop a preliminary approach to measure effort and team to implement a full scenario considering the following SAP Modules: FI/CO/MM/QM/HR/PP and PS.

Mic is responsible to organize and lead Operaciones Team in NEXO Project for ALUAR, FATE, FUTALEUFU and INFA companies. Project Scope for Operaciones Team includes the following modules: PS - Project System, IM - Investment Management, PP - Production Planning in Engineering to Order (ETO) process, QM - Quality Management, CS - Customer Service, PM - Plant Maintenance, MRS - Multiple Resource Scheduling and DMS - Document Management System.At this moment, NEXO Project is in Business Blueprint Phase gathering, developing and modeling more than 400 process where Operaciones is Responsible for almost 70 process and impacts in another 200 processes because the integration with modules such as MM - Purchasing, MM - Inventories, SD - Quotation and Sales, SD - Deliveries from Project, SD - Invoicing, FI - Period End Closing, CO - Plan and Actual Rates, HR - Organizational Units and so on.

Miguel has been leading an Assessment over the current situation implemented and non implemented in term of modules and functionalities in current SAP environment. Miguel is responsible to identify Pain Points, Issues, Process Improvements oportunities and potential customizing not very well done based on SAP principles and integration points.

Miguel is responsible to design the new business model, the new Way of Working, identifying Business and ERP Impacts and lead both technical and key user teams to prototype the proof of concept for Steering Committee view and decision regarding next steps.

Miguel has been contacted to propose improvements in process and kpi belonging to QTC, PSF and Customer Support processes for Ericsson Brasil. Also is responsible to delivery training to the end users when new functionalities or way of working are defined globally.

Miguel was responsible to do an assesment over the main processes implemented in CRE: Investment Management and Project System. As result of this work, performed with Workshops with BPO and Key Users across all the company, Miguel delivered a diagnosis identifying issues, several prototypes to solve most of the issues and a preliminary strategy to implement the improvements proposed.

Mic is being part of a brazilian and honduras roll out doing gap analysis and working in the project plan for quote to cash process with the objective to implement the global model in one of the most important and complex market and, also, in Central America region with the objective to do the deployment of the global model in 15 countries.

Leading Appropriation Request to Asset Process Phase 2 to consolidate processes already implemented last year in Telecom Argentina, one of the two biggest companies in telecommunications in Argentina with focus in Mobile, ADSL and Broadband / Fixed Networks. Besides, is also leading the implementation for other processes such as Real Estate, Vehicle Maintenance, Spare Parts Stocks and Refurbishment, Document Management System (DMS) and Claims. Also, he is supporting Business Warehouse projectMiguel is in charge to lead. design and implement Real Estate process from Master Data to Settlement Costs, Spare Parts and Instrument process from Master Data and Refurbishment process, Vehicle Maintenance, Building Maintenance, Network Life Cycle Management Phase 1 Improvements working with new functionalities such us DMS – Document Management and BW – Business Warehouse. Project Scope, in Phase 2, includes the following modules: Project System, Investment Management, Document Management System, Real Estate, Plant Maintenance working together with Fixed Assets, Finance, Controlling, Material Management and Human Resources Modules.

Costa Rica

Miguel was hired to lead and design Order to Cash Regional Model in SAP to support the new strategic vision already developed in the company to move from Manufacturing Process to Sales Project Business. Also, Miguel is responsible to design the new Organizational Structure defining Roles, Responsibilities, Functions and Profiles to fill each position and procedures and forms to support the whole process as well.

Miguel was hired to lead the internal SAP Team during this phase to progress in all the activities described into the ASAP Methodology untill the Consulting Firm comes and a permanent IT Leader is hired. The main activities are: Define the future System Map; Develop Communication Plan and End User Training Plan; Follow Up the Consulting Firm Final Selection; Support from a SAP perspective the different contracts to be signed; Develop the Initial Scope for Data Cleansing and Data Migration Process; Start and Lead Data Migration Process; Define the Preliminary Organizational Structure for SAP; SAP Project Team Overview Training; Develop the Initial Scope for Interfaces, Forms and Reports;

As consultant, Miguel is defining the new model to implement in Uruguay Roll Out to manage CAPEX using PS Module fully and, also, fully integrated with other modules such as IM Investment Management, MM Material Management, IM - Inventory Management and FI/CO Finance and Controlling. Miguel is responsible, too, to do GAP Analysis and define the new ABAP developments about Reports, Interfaces and GAP Processes.

Miguel was responsible, as Project Leader, to develop Business Blueprint Document describing the new processes, doing GAP Analysis, defining the new system map including SAP E&C, defining the new interfaces when necessary and, finally, doing the estimations to continue the next phases until Go Live. He was responsible, together with SAP Andina, to define the new plan for Realization Phase, Final Preparation Phase and Go Live Phase including timeframe, consultant team, INELECTRA team, Post Go Live Strategy, etc.

Leading PS implementation for NV GEBE, one of the biggest Utilities Companies in the Caribbean. The Project Scope was: Standard Structures, Operative Structures, Planning, Budgeting, Settlement, Capacity Planning, Work Force Planning and CATS. Also, was customized, tested and implemented all the integration points with FI, CO and MM. Also, I was responsible to support several processes in CO Module such as Internal Orders, CCA and PCA including Planning, Cycles, Distribution and Assessment.
