About Miceal Chamberlain

A native of County Clare, Ireland, Micéal moved to the US at the age of 10. After graduating from Babson College, he worked for the Boston Red Sox selling advertising and shortly thereafter was hired by the New England Patriots to work as Marketing and Sales Director. After 15 years with the Patriots, he partnered with a design build company specializing in residential restoration and design. In 1989, he founded Historic Homes with the intention that his team’s in-house expertise in residential renovation and building would make Historic Homes a wholly unique resource for sellers and buyers of exceptional homes and estates. Today, under Micéal’s direction, Historic Homes’ annual high-end property sales regularly surpass all local competitors on a per broker basis. Micéal offers valuable professional advice and insight when bringing homes to market and dealing with renovation/construction projects. The firm continues to be one of the few independently owned residential real estate companies today. Its success is attributed to strong community roots, discreet and conscientious attention from senior personnel, and a scholarly understanding of the local market in Brookline, Newton and the greater Boston area.
