Press Assistant:• Daily responsibilities: Generating coverage and summarising it in weekly and monthly reports.• Working across all PR and digital teams supporting them on deadlines and assignments maintaining structure and effectiveness. • Projects: Creating databases for clients listing publications to target and build relationships with to ensure future coverage. • Handling and creating PR packages to publications and influencers and helping out with event planning and execution. Showroom Executive:• I was working as a part of a team in the logistics department, assisting with organising, coordinating and implementing daily requests as well as working on larger projects. • Daily responsibilities: Working with send-outs and returns in GPS software system (LaunchMetrics & Fashion GPS), furthermore, I was monitoring samples internally and externally and checking orders for new incoming samples from clients.• Managing and delegating assignments to interns across all teams in the company and helping the PR team with their daily assignments which lead to a promotion as a Press Assistant.• Projects: Creating spreadsheets to manage and organise stock, which led to a reduced number of lost samples and also creating and managing inventory lists for the event cupboard which helped save costs for the company.
