I am a painter and photographer based in Italy and my personal work can be seen on my website www.michaeleldridgestudio.com. I was Director of Postgraduate Photography at what is now the Arts University Bournemouth UK. I have lived and worked in The States on a Fulbright Scholarship and am a Creativity Coach with my own company 'Starstone.org' in Italy. Until recently I was Professor of Painting at the Siena Art Institute.My experience has always been within both teaching and as an artist in my own right. And I combine the two in my workshops, working alongside other artists and creativity coaches.I was breakout speaker at ICF's Global conferenece in Malmo, Sweden, Sept 2014 and a speaker on Creativity at the recent FRC International Conference at The RSA in London
