People-focused health and fitness professional moving towards Health and Life coaching. I recently received my M.A. in Psychology and am currently working towards fusing health/fitness and psychology together. Prior to my graduate education in psychology, I worked as a film and video editor and more recently as a Certified Personal Trainer. I have over 16 years of experience in the health and fitness industry and with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University. In addition to being a motivator, I am a compassionate and caring individual who wants to see my clients succeed more than anything. I work hard to bring a personal touch to my training sessions that drives home the importance of staying in good physical and mental shape, not only in the short term, but for life.
