Review/approved all films with the designer before being sent to production and confirmed all pantone colors before printing. Each order was signed off by me before being sent to the customers.

Break down designs and figure out the cost, yield and labor that goes into a product; and figure out ways to reach our price point without losing quality. I also managed the relationships between our vendors and set the production schedule with our factories. I have extensive knowledge sourcing for local manufacturing and have good relationships with many fabric wholesalers.

My main responsibilities consisted of: scheduling all the jobs for the week and making sure to follow all the purchase orders from pre-to-post production. While managing a small team, I routinely did quality control checks and signed off on all proofs/mocks before production started on any job.

Working alongside with the owner of the company, I helped organize and structure the Art Department. A few months after establishing myself as the Creative Director, I took on the role as Production Manager and started running day to day operations.

As the Lab Assistant, I helped new students learn the techniques and procedures that came along with sharing the shop. My main responsibility was to make sure the students left the class with a greater knowledge of color-separation.

I worked directly under the Art Director overseeing Marc’s personal art collection. My responsibilities consisted of collaborating on ideas for paintings and making custom designs for Marc Ecko’s Cut & Sew line.
