• Manage the 24/7/365 operations of a 14-MW conditioned power Diesel UPS plant, 8-MW standby generation plant, 8,600-ton chilled water plant, 200,000-LBM steam plant, remote chiller in a box, and boiler in a box.• Manage an Annual Budget in excess of $7-million• Understand and uphold 30-year contract with the Government and Service Providers• Be the primary interface with ESG’s customers• Provide Tours to Government Organizations, individuals, and corporate executives. The CUP is a unique facilitywhich generates a lot of interest• Manage Operations and Administrative personnel• Write and conduct Annual personnel performance reviews• Encourage staff development to build talent and future leaders• Identify training opportunities for individuals and team members• Maintain OSHA VPPPA Star status: Enforce plant safety standards and Corporate Compliance• Lead coordination and meetings with ten off-taker facilities representing multiple government agencies• Review data and create reports• Coordinate off-taker and ESG construction projects• Travel to meet with service providers and assist other ESG facilities and projects• Lead the CUP Team daily Morning Meeting; reinforcing policy, procedure, and safety focus. As well as sharinglessons learned and work planning.• Hold monthly off-takers and owner’s representative meetings• Attend Operations KPI meetings• Generate Monthly Report• Budget: plan, maintain, project, and present• Evaluate new maintenance and safety procedures tools, systems, and procedures

• Supervise operations and maintenance of steam, chilled water, and emergency power systems to maintain high-reliability contract guarantees• Manage, develop, and present annual budget• Provide tours to government organizations and individuals• Assign and maintain CMMS work orders and PMs: adding new information and planning work• Maintain CMMS inventory integrity• Manage Lead Plant Operator, Auxiliary Operator, and Technician ADP Schedule and Expenses• Write and review Lead Plant Operator, Auxiliary Operator, and Technician Annual Reviews• Create monthly and ad hoc reports• Encourage staff development to build talent and future leaders• Review Lead Plant Operator, Auxiliary Operator, and Technician Shift Summaries• Coordinate construction and major maintenance activities • Coordinate partner facility maintenance activities, directly interacting with facility management• Lead the morning meeting; reinforcing: safety, policy and procedure and guiding work planning.• Hold monthly customer and weekly internal planning meetings• Update budget projections and issues tracker for monthly operations meeting• Identify maintenance needs and create procedures• Identify training opportunities for staff• Support NASA/JSC CHP plant and other projects when called upon
