Lead the project to move from QlikSense to Power BI/Fabric.Responsible for creating datasets from a wide variety of source systems including APIs, SQL Snowflake and Oracle databases. Administration of the Fabric capacity and gateway servers.I also produce insights and build reporting for a wide range of business critical areas.To do this I utilise a range of packages and programmes including Dataflows, SQL, Python, Spark Notebooks, Azure Pipelines, Json, and Power Automate. Creating and maintaining both Lakehouses and SQL Warehouses for reporting.

Led the project to move from Business Objects to Power BI.Provided specialist advice and support on Business Intelligence, including production of executive reports on the findings and interpretation of management analysis. Building, preparation, analysis and delivery of management information reports from data warehouse and external sources using software packages such as Business Objects.Responsible for survey analysis and management; including the National Student Survey, Student Experience Survey and the Destination of Leavers from Higher Education.

Working with senior colleagues across the University to provide expert comprehensive support and advice on all aspects of the University's Governance Framework.Responsible for the effective clerking of Board of Governor and sub committees including Audit Committee and Strategic Planning and Performance Committee.Working closely with the Students' Union on the operation of Student Representation across the institution.

Data analysis for the University's Business Change and Innovation (BCI) Programme. Design and delivery of reports and analysis to support project planning and monitoring.
