I have over 20 years’ extensive experience in dealing with protestor management, evictions and recovering possession of land. I have been involved in almost every major eviction that the National Eviction Team (part of HCE Group Ltd) has dealt with.I am an authorised High Court Enforcement Officer (HCEO) and Group Director of High Court Enforcement Group Ltd. I started my career as a bailiff in 1988, was appointed a Sheriff’s Officer in 1995, before my appointment as an authorised HCEO in March 2004 by the Senior Master of the High Court.Clients include Scottish Parliament, Welsh Assembly Government, MoD, national airports, Highways Agency, PLC’s, gas and oil companies, national infrastructure projects, Network Rail, Transport for London, universities and local authorities.I have also served as a director of the High Court Enforcement Officers Association (disciplinary chairman).
