This involved working on the backend, API integrations, understanding business requirements and implementing mockups, front end development and writing tests. ● New Feature: 'A'. Involved enhancement of the front end built on KnockoutJS and Typescript. Adjusting/Adding backend logic and calls to APIs. Creating tests, debugging, fixing issues. Adjusted and added to reporting powered by backend processes in .Net● New Feature: 'B'. Involved extensive enhancement of the front end creating whole new areas in a complex and front-end heavy area for Asset Liability Managment. CVCheck provide employment screening and compliance solutions. My work involved all aspects of their solution, from front end work, business systems development, API integrations and development, database design, microservices and technical support. ● During transition from the monolith ASP.Net web forms solution to a more microservice approach, played a large role in in planning, implementing the transition and then later on in troubleshooting issues. ● Design and implemented email authoring system. This allows relevant players within the organization to adjust email templates without having to involve IT. I was central to the design and implementation of this feature, being the subject expert on this. In addition I also took the lead in integrating our email sending with the third party provider. This included the processing of email non delivery events, handled through an Azure function which I implemented. ● Lead on API integrations with various third party providers such as Optus, SuccessFactors, Workday and so on. This included client meetings to understand new requirements, troubleshoot issues in production timeously to reduce outages. ● Implementation of payment gateway used through the enterprise. Involved working with the payment provider to ensure our integration was very good. ● Technologies: C#, Database design, solution architecture, SQL Server, Microservices, Azure, Service Bus, API development and integrations, communication, customer support including third party API integration issue resolution, front end work with HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript.

Fizz is a brand management platform. My work here included the development of new features to streamline various processes as well as fixing existing features. I worked closely with the lead developer and the managing director. ● Key role in moving the systems in place to more modern architecture pattern. This involved refactoring various solutions to decouple various projects. ● Conceptualized and introduced online questionnaire for in-store polls.
