The duties of a Public Safety Officer are to provide security for Indianapolis International Airport whether it be inside or outside the airport. While assisting in the airport duties like working alongside emergency responders and other airport personnel to uphold regulations, provide customer services, assist other departments if requested, and continue.

This position was preparing me to become an Indiana State Trooper. The program was designed to put me through all the training to become a Trooper. I did not complete the program due to needing more job skills/experience to develop my communication skills with the plan to try again at a later date.
