I started my career as a business operations manager and later turned entrepreneur. Continued as a business development executive and got involved into operations. Became an entrepreneur and investor again. Got recruited as an operations director and went back to entrepreneurship again. Throughout my 20-year career as a senior manager I demonstrated ability to deliver results turned troubled operations around and solidified new business. I excel in developing new opportunities (through organic growth as well as acquisitions) and implementing business strategies, establishing and maintaining customer and labor relations relations as well as leading high-volume, multi-unit operations.I utilize my expertise and extensive personal network adding value by working on public-private projects with government agencies and private companies. I have a solid knowledge of corporate America (VP of Business Development for a national public service contractor and several years in a General Manager's capacity for major national transportation companies), combined with 20 years of hands on involvement in start up operations. I have started companies and successfully restructured businesses. I also advised and assisted companies in developing strategy, organizational structuring, funding, customer development and overall growth.
