Back in 2000, when I was 15, I made my first website. Picture this: it was before CSS was a thing! That kickstarted my journey into web development, but soon I realized I was more into understanding what businesses needed rather than just coding. So, I got into project management. At first, I worked on the client side, managing websites for big B2B companies. I knew my way around web analytics, SEO, PPC, and, of course, managing projects. But I hit a ceiling in those companies, so I switched to agencies. My first gig was at a startup within a major Russian digital agency called DEFA. We built a wishlist service, but it didn't fly with customers, so we had to shut it down. That taught me the importance of launching fast and getting feedback ASAP.Then I moved to Proactivity Group, where I led all the software projects. We did everything from big eCommerce sites to corporate portals. I even helped us become a top partner with 1C-Bitrix, Russia's go-to CMS. Our monthly turnover increased manyfold during my time there.Next up was Notamedia, where I juggled eight projects at once for clients like the Moscow Government and big car brands like Jaguar/Land Rover and Hyundai. I made sure the "Discover Moscow" project was a hit, making it easy for tourists to explore the city.In 2018, I made the jump to Israel. After brushing up on Hebrew for six months, I started as a Project Manager and Scrum Master at Trivium Solutions. We built cool stuff like a system to track clinical patients for doctors worldwide. And I'm still going strong! I'm always up for new challenges in project management and entrepreneurship. I'm ready to bring my experience to any exciting projects out there.
