As a Registered Architect and experienced Project Management Executive, I have gained 20 years of expertise in the healthcare industry from all facets of Facilities Planning, Design, Construction, Risk Management, Project and Program Management. I have a full “360 lens” in healthcare capital expansion including internal leadership roles at NYU School of Medicine and NY Presbyterian Hospital where I managed over 8 million square feet on 4 campuses. As an outsourced business partner, I have worked with many institutions in the industry providing Construction Risk Management and Project and Development Services. As an organizational leader, I have managed large teams of architects, engineers and contractors and coordinated complex timelines with budget accountability up to $2.9 billion and 1,200,000 square foot projects. “On time and under budget” performance has contributed to my project management success. Lending my expertise as an outsourced business partner and project leader has been rewarding, as I build relationships of trust with my numerous repeat clients. At NBCUniversal acting in role of Director of Global Project Management, I lead 14 internal project managers & numerous third-party consultants completing over 150 projects throughout North America annually with total volume of $95M and was responsible for over 2M square feet in the NY metro area alone. During the NBC Universal purchase by Comcast, I led the $200M transition plan consisting of over 50 projects to upgrade & integrate the two businesses. Notable Healthcare projects include:• Fast-track construction of 300 channel wireless telemetry monitoring “Command Center” • Master planning for the ground up building of the Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital • Construction of the first Gamma Knife Radiation Suite for Oncology department I have enjoyed an education in both engineering & architecture which has enabled me to develop a keen understanding of each facet of the Project Management process.
