 Build responsive emails, landing pages, and microsites using W3C best practices that are compliant with WCAG accessibility guidelines. Stay abreast of constantly evolving CSS support for emails and apply applicable enhancements to the email code base to ensure consistent display across 80+ email client/browser/mobile-device display combinations. Create and maintain documentation of coding best practices.

 Developed new sections and maintained existing sections of ETS.org. Lead coder for the Translation project (converting sections of ETS.org into five new languages) Participated in the ETS.org redesign and migration to a newer version of the Vignette content management system. Built the daily ETS Intranet publication via SharePoint.

 Built and maintained web sites for the financial services industry using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, iNautilus (a Java-based framework), and Screenlets (a proprietary technology similar to ASP, JSP, and ColdFusion). Served as ClearCase Coordinator, managing my group’s development stream and delivering it to the Content Management group for online publication. Wrote Visual Basic programs that automated internal processes by parsing documents into multiple HTML files, interacting with databases, uploading files to servers, and sending email updates via Lotus Notes. Created technical documentation to aid in the training of new employees. Implemented the software development life cycle as part of a Capability Maturity Model Level 5 organization.

 Proofread, formatted, and assembled Wall Street Journal articles for publication on the Dow Jones Prepared graphics to accompany online articles using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and QuarkXPress.

 Wrote, compiled, and edited all of Faulkner’s major deliverables and Internet publications while overseeing the efforts of assistant and associate editors. Wrote FoxPro scripts to automate production of weekly/monthly publications.

 Shot and edited television commercials for clients. Managed station broadcast via Master Control switchboard. Directed morning news updates. Operated camera and managed floor during evening newscasts.
