Pilot testing new 3D takeoff software for precision pricing

Responsible for the overall project management of assigned projects. This leadership position required “hands-on” mentality and was responsible for creating a mentoring support structure for supervised employees. Phoenix, Arizona Area

• Develop and implement design standards for AutoCAD drawing creation and REVIT Models.• Create REVIT MEP Models, CAD drafting, and production of construction documents.• Create Mechanical details, which include isometric and 3D views.• Convert raw redline drawings and hand sketches to finished AutoCAD drawings and REVIT Models.• Interface with internal team to manage and upload Asbuilt Drawings.

Phoenix, Arizona Area

• Produce schematic New Store and Remodel fixture layouts per Safeway ‘Lifestyle’ concepts for presentations and proposals to Real Estate.• Develop and Manage New Rollout Rendering Standards for all Phoenix Division stores.• Instruct Track and Manage Safeway employees in 3D Architectural Rendering procedures while performing daily duties to meet deadlines.• Utilize Facilities comparison spreadsheets for designing to optimize store sales based on local demographics.• Volunteered with Safeway Diversity group producing flyers, banners and all Graphic Needs.

•Tested Upfront Data Entry program to research new outage management systems.•Enter new electric facilities (transformers, service-lines, etc..) into GIS database for the city of Phoenix and its surrounding areas using ArcFM, Maximo, and CIS.•Utilizing experiences with recognized civil mapping/survey techniques and practices.

• Draft storage layouts for New Build and Renovated U-Haul storage facilities to maximize sales and present to Real Estate for presentation and approval.• Assist customers via phone with problems situation, such as rental adjustments, roadside services, and customer issues on current, past, or future rentals.
