Director Client Management
Current- Manage a national client management team in Merchant Services that is focused on revenue, profitability and coverage objectives- Effectively articulate competitive value proposition using consultative approach and analytics that support strategic merchant priorities- Continuously review merchant landscape and recommend, develop, and implement new and creative approaches to growing their business- Successfully negotiate card acceptance agreements- Collaborate with stakeholders including Marketing, Finance, Pricing, General Counsel's Office, Card Issuers, Payments Consulting, Compliance, Risk and others
