Design Thinking has a fatal flaw: People LOVE the workshops. BUT they end up leaving thinking “𝘕𝘰𝘸 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵?”.There are hardly any clear takeaways and actionable steps.It hit me when I was doing a project for a company.
