After a previous 25 year stint at Diageo in market and global roles, I have returned as EVP for the Canadian business, Strategy lead for North America and joined CEO Sally Grimes' leadership team. Focus is on driving growth, strategy and transformation on priority opportunities in Diageo's largest market.

Consumer and Innovation Practice Areas. Partner with a broad range of leaders to address their most significant opportunities including growth strategies, operational and organizational design, best practice deployment, product development, partner venturing and R&D.

Doubled revenue to $3B and accelerated profitability running a complex, portfolio business within a business including full P&L, upstream R&D, new technologies and robust new product pipeline across spirits, beer, ready-to-drink and non-alcoholic categories. Developed global growth and portfolio strategies and partnered with CMOs, markets and supply to drive market share and margin gains. Managed and motivated direct cross functional team of ~200 across 8 global locations in NA, LAC, EUR, APAC and AFR including Marketers, Commercial, Ideation & Planning, Finance and R&D.

Led the innovation business in Diageo's largest and most important market. Rapidly accelerated growth to over $1B NSV and developed strategic and creative pipelines of new products and technologies across leading spirit, beer, RTD, and wine brands. Attracted and developed high-performing, cross-functional team of 50 comprised of marketers and functional specialists in R&D, finance, commercial, creative and supply.
