Business Development and Operations for Exosite in Europe focused on supporting new and existing IoT customers, developing business partnerships, and market promotion of Exosite in the region.

- Product Manager for Exosite's new Murano Platform from it's start through first public launch- Created Product Marketing Requirements- Developed and presented early partner and customer training - Worked with Go To Marketing team to develop messaging around the new product- Developed example demonstration code of the Murano Platform- Supported the Marketing team on technical content for messaging and trade shows

Lead Exosite's Product Support team, helping customers through pre-sales technical needs, design and architecture help, troubleshooting, on-boarding, emergency issues and everything required to get them into production with Exosite's products. In addition, worked with the team to build and maintain an efficient support system, status notification system, product documentation site, and support our partner network needs. Worked closely with Exosite's product teams to provide feedback into the design planning process to implement key needs for customers and verify new releases. During this role, worked with our sales team to build and then run 2-day product training events.

Early years of Exosite required many hats to be worn with a small and efficient team split between Minneapolis and Taiwan. During this time my focus was on supporting customers on our product, managing customer NRE projects, device and application development, product planning, creating product content, and customer onsite product integrations. In addition I was also involved with office management, administration of internal tools and business accounts, pre-sales meetings and early customer engagement, marketing needs, trade-shows, and investor relations. This is the time in which Exosite made a name in the marketplace as an IoT Platform leader and captured many key customers.

This role was a continuation of some of the work I was already doing as an Applications Engineer to help manage software Windows CE BSPs, Bootloaders, and deliverables from internal and external software teams.

Supported Logic PD's new business unit as an Applications Engineer - essentially working with almost all of Logic PD's small form-factor computing modules (Card Engines or System on Modules). These SOMs had chips such as Intel PXA270, Sharp ARM LH7A404, and TI OMAP 35x. This included pre-sales support, schematic design reviews, WindowsCE and bootloader support, creating or fixing drivers such as USB, PCMCIA/CF, Touch, and LCD. During this time, became an expert at LCD integration, running contracts to design and build LCD cabling to integrate customer LCDs to the LogicPD modules and write any software updates required to run that LCD.During this role also helped to build and run Logic PD's Vancouver, WA office and Logic PD's Boston area office. Moved to Boston to start that office, working with our local rep partner on opportunities and working with newly hired GM to staff the office and bring in new customers.

Was one of a handful of team members working in Logic PD's new product business with System on Modules (SOMs or Card Engines). Helped design and support several new Card Engines and their development kits including ones based on Renesas SH7727 and Renesas SH7760. Worked on porting Windows CE (several versions) to these SH boards including LCD driver integration. Also helped design the Logic PD TFT LCD display kits with touch-screens.

Worked in Logic PD's services group specifically in doing schematic and layout work for customer project hardware designs in addition to bill of material management, parts acquisition, populating PCBs with components (handy with the soldering Iron), and testing first prototype PCBs. Began working on some firmware including Windows CE bootloaders, Windows CE driver integration, and Windows CE bring-up on new hardware.
