Music Coordination services including but not limited to the hiring of musicians and orchestras for over 20 first-class Broadway shows and 15 national tours, recordings for Grammy award-winning albums as well as staffing musicians for Television, Major Motion Pictures, and Live Concerts. Represent clients with respect to any negotiations or consultations conducted with the American Federation of Musicians or any musicians' union local having jurisdiction; consult with Producer, the Authors, Director, Musical Supervisor, Musical Director, Orchestrator, Copyists, and other appropriate personnel to maintain musical integrity of all productions.

Responsible for managing the company’s content production lifecycle from receiving all assets from suppliers to availability on mobile platforms. In addition, handling the scheduling production and creation of all audio, image, and video content and overseeing the respective producers, musicians, and product creators in these respective areas. Handled all off-portal content ingestion into carrier platforms and all related merchandising strategies.•Location, selection, and management of all assets in the pipeline from acquisition to availability on mobile channels and platforms. This included distribution on Tier 1 carriers such as Verizon, Sprint, Cingular, T-Mobile, and Fido/Rogers as well as Tier 2 operators such as Dobson, iWireless, and Alltel. Directly responsible for all content pitching, selection, preparation, and integration into the Motricity FUEL platform for all Tier carriers..•Developed strategies with the Business Development team for branding, packaging, and merchandising content for wholesale sites and D2C sites. Maintained partnerships with major labels such as Universal, EMI, Beggars Banquet, and independent labels such as Jellybean, Iris, IODA, and INgrooves. This included supplying the labels with our technical specifications and conventions, coordinating the delivery of assets from the labels, and provisioning the content through all appropriate channels.•In-house production, editing, and formatting of all audio and video content. Also responsible for assigning and managing all worldwide regional workload and managing the production budget for contracted producers.•Created internal standards for content ingestion, upgraded and modernized technical specifications and XML Metadata, created internal policies regarding explicit content and filtering processes and streamlined all content ingestion from labels and partners.
